Rebecca Howe

I have been involved with Rush Common since 2019 when my eldest son joined the school.  As Vice Chair, I champion Educational Standards, drawing from my experience as a Chemistry teacher at a local secondary school. This role fuels my passion for contributing to the school’s vibrant community and I am proud to be linked to such a caring, inclusive and forward-thinking school. Engaging actively in school life, I seek to leverage my experience to navigate the challenges educators face while amplifying the school’s strengths. My aim as a Governor is to empower the school to provide an enriching educational experience for every student. Beyond the educational sphere, I find solace in exploring nature with my children, staying active, and getting lost in a good book.
