Year 6 have been learning about the circulatory system as part of their Science topic, “Humans, including Animals”. Mr Whitworth, from Abingdon School, kindly came into school to provide depth knowledge about the heart and its functions. The children observed him dissecting a lamb’s heart and learnt about the function of the different arteries and vessels.
