On Wednesday 29th November, Year 6 celebrated Thanksgiving by taking part in a range of fun activities. They made some colour-coded bracelets to tell the story of Thanksgiving and wrote down what each colour represented. They also made some cards to thank someone in their family. Some children included a special message or a poem. They created footprint turkeys by painting their feet brown and stamping the print on paper. Once dry they coloured feathers unto the prints, added eyes and a beak. Everyone had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed the Thanksgiving celebration.
