Towards the end of the academic year children about to enter Year 6 are invited to stand for election in a variety of roles of responsibility. These include: Head boy and Head Girl, Deputy Head Boy and Deputy Head Girl, Sports Leaders, Librarians and Digital Leaders.
Each candidate is asked to prepare a speech which they deliver to all pupils in KS2. Children are then asked to vote for the candidate of their choice.
