On 7th March Y5 pupils walked into Abingdon to visit Pizza Express. The trip was fascinating and gave all the children an excellent insight into the mechanics and trials of running a restaurant. In addition to learning about ingredients and management, each child made and ate their own individual margherita pizza and became a chef for the morning. The school is very grateful to Pizza Express for the wonderful experience. It will set them in good stead for their own pop-up restaurant later in the term.
